Hi all, I recently tried to push some code to Gerrit which implemented a simple testing system for the plugin I've been working on. However, it seems that some of the dependencies were created with java 7 and thus cannot run in server's java 6 environment.
I wanted to know what the procedure for resolving this issue would be. I met with Holger today and we found that it might be possible to update the Jenkins server to run java 7 for that project. It looked like Jenkins already had java 7 installed in which case it would seem that you would just need to tell the Jenkins server to use java 7 for that project rather than it's default java 6. Does this solution seem feasible or should it be resolved some other way? Regards, Quentin
