Hi there, the binaries for 14.10.31 are already online (with 53 downloads so far), but the README is still missing. Holger prepared the README file; I went over it and put the results here [1] for you to look at it and make changes when you deem them necessary.
I'll take the state as of 8pm (i.e. in eight and a half hours) as the foundation for the README to be put online at Sourceforge and the text to be sent over dpp-announce.
