There is no need to inform the whole mailing list about every new patch set.
You can do it once if you don't know who to invite for a review.
But as soon as a change's "Reviewers" list contains a few names, they will be
informed automatically by Gerrit through e-mails like this:

http://saros-build.imp.fu-berlin.de/gerrit/2956
to look at the new patch set (#3).
Change subject: [FIX][HTML] #857 Add contact which is already available leads
to rename
