I might try CYGWIN and see whether I can get more recent NodeJS to work.

Concerning the white page under Win10+Eclipse:

I don't know whether this is the incident you're referring to, but I recall an 
older version of our code that tried to replace the "body" node in the DOM, 
which IE refused. The solution was to introduce a "div" node inside [1].

Since NodeJS is only involved in creating the bundle, we can simply compare the 
contents of the "dist folder".
I already posted the files' metadata of mine [2].
Could anyone provide an MD5 checksum of his/her working 'dist/bundle/bundle.js'?
(Or post the file itself somewhere ...)
I'll do the same as soon as I'm on my dev machine again.
