As a consequence he can't be reinvited (because he is still in session). To reproduce: Alice and Bob are in a session. Bob suffers fatal error that cannot close session cleanly (disconnect from network, or kill Eclipse) Bob signs back into Roster. Alice sees that Bob is still in the session, so cannot invite Bob.
