Summary: activities get lost if driver leaves the session

Initial Comment:
some activities of the driver are not applied because after leaving the saros
session the originator of the activities (which was the driver) is unknown

Message:
To clearify the other issue.
"Driver / write access" does refactoring, while refactoring ... he leaves
the session, so not all affected files are updated.

As this also can happen due to a network error, there is nothing we can "do
about this issue".
