Summary: Same formatting for text selection and last remote changes

Initial Comment:
When a users is typing text, the editor highlights the last few chars he/she
typed for other users that have the same file opened and that part of the file
inside their viewport.

When the other user now selects a part of the text in the editor, there is an
unconnected highlighting in the editor, formatted exactly the same way. In this
case it's unclear which part was changed recently, and which part is selected
by the other user. See attached screenshot.

If there was a different way of highlighting (maybe apply a border to the
highlighting) for "text selection" and "changes highlighting" it would be more
clear which text was just changed and which is selected by the other user in
the session.

I don't think this is a serious problem, but still think it's a notable
inconsistency (or in this case over-consistency).
