Summary: Disconnection when same jabber id logs in in other instance

Initial Comment:
A weird xml error message appears when the currently logged in jabber id / xmpp
user logs in again on a different host/machine/whatever and the server
automatically disconnects the first logged in host.

e.g. Alice connects on Host A with alice@saros-con. Alice now connects again on
Host B with alice@saros-con.
Alice@Host A is now being disconnected and should see an appropriate message
stating that a multiple login is not possible and she got logged out
automatically.

See screenshot for the message that currently appears in this case.

If a bug has been accepted and a fix has been committed to SVN the
developer should set the bug to "Fixed", but not close or set to pending.
