Summary: Saros Configuration Wizard cannot deal with XMPP Account-Inf

Initial Comment:
Setup:
− New Eclipse and Saros installation
− existing workspace, already containing the XMPP Account Information of
the user
Problem: When starting Saros the first time after installation, the Saros
Configuration Wizard starts and promts the user to create an XMPP account or to
enter an existing one.
− When the user enters his existing account information, the Wizard
tells: „You cannot add two accounts with same XMPP/Jabber ID“
− The user then has to cancel the wizard, go to the Saros preferences and
activate this account.
So the wizard should be able to deal with existing configurations and should
not require the user to configure something when there are already
configuration information in the workspace.

Message:
This should only happen now when your are upgrading from an Saros version
before 11.12.09. The problem arises because the account store is upgraded
in a different thread.
