Summary: Creating an XMPP accounts blocks the Saros Configuration Wiz

Initial Comment:
Steps to reproduce
1) Open Saros Configuration Wizard (Main Menu > Saros > Start Saros
Configuration...)
2) Click "Create Account"
3) Choose a username that doesn't exist
4) Click "Finish"

What you'll notice now is that the Saros Configuration wizard is open again
and properly made read-only (because the account creation can't be undone).

Only problem: The page now thinks the account you created already exists and
therefore
disables the "Next" button. ***The only option you have is to abort the whole
wizard.***
The newly created account is saved in the Saros Configuration.
