Summary: Saros enters loop of requesting its roster

Initial Comment:
Saor enters a loop whereby it keeps requesting its roster eventhough the server
has already provided it. See attached log.
On receiving the presence type=subscribed' packet from the server Saros goes
keeps requesting its roster over and over.

Message:
This is against a jabber XCP server. On looking at the xmpp traces more
closely it would seem that According to the spec....

The user's server MUST also broadcast initial presence from the user's
newly available resource to all of the user's available resources,
including the resource that generated the presence notification in the
first place (i.e., an entity is implicitly subscribed to its own
presence).

It is after the XCP server sends this required presence stanza that Saros
enters it's loop of roster requests.
Response: <presence from='test1@gwydlvm142/Saros' id='vqhz1-23284'
to='test1@gwydlvm142'/>
