Several places in the code can detect inconsistencies (for instance when a
TransformationException occurs, a EditorActivity tries to open/close a
missing file, or a TextEditActivity fails with a BadLocationException).

It should be possible 

1.) to call the CW and tell it that the file is inconsistent for sure
2.) start a consistency recovery as a blocking operation
