Summary: Scrolling and follow mode when opening a new editor

Initial Comment:
When driver hasn't activated the editor at the beginning and uses the scroll
bar the observer doesn't follow because he doesn't know the cursor position of
the driver yet.

Message:
Not perfect yet, but the problems when observer editor windows are
considerably smaller than the followed driver's editor window are not easy
to solve.

Message:
If driver's cursor position is unknown to an observer the viewport is
followed now in follow mode. (rev.664)
