Summary: Add Buddies Context Menu Item is enabled for Offline Buddies

Initial Comment:
See screenshot. The Context Menu item is enabled for offline buddies or buddies
without Saros support. If you invite them, you will get a dialog concerning
that you cannot invite that buddy to a session.

Message:
I was told by Julia and Meike that there are situations in which presence
data is not conveyed correctly (thus, a buddy who is online is shown as
offline in some cases but you can still invite him to a session which then
works correctly).

We have to make sure that those failures are not happening anymore. Once
this is done, we can fix the context menu.
