Summary: no adding project to session by non-host (read-only)

Initial Comment:
11:55 adding project to session by non-host with read-only rights not
successfully possible.
This seems to be reasonable, because user is in read only, but systems feedback
is bad.
Instead of getting a message that says, no adding project, when in read-only
the progrees remains by 0% and the other participants get no message at all.
The progress window does not change and does never go away by itself.
After cancellation of process by non-host (edna) project remains marked in
package explored as shared (with blue arrow icon), although sharing was
unsuccessful (see logs on devel list).
