Summary: Saros marks compiled files as shared

Initial Comment:
After building a project, the compiled result is marked as shared (Navigator 
View) but the files are not transmitted. If you open such a file (like a .class 
file) you get an inconsitency warning.

Saros could offer some sort of preference for ignoring certain files (that
should never be shared), without always remaining in "partial share" mode.

Like *.class-files, "/bin"-folders....
