Summary: Blue double-arrow annotations missing

Initial Comment:
This was discovered during a longer session, see bug #3424094 for the log files
and more detailed context information. (#3 in the protocol.)

https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3424094&group_id=167540&atid=843359

Given fzieris is a session\'s host and has shared a project "Saros T1" to lutz4
and christophe-1, lutz4 has partially shared two projects "junit.tests.runner"
and "org.junit.tests" to fzieris and christophe-1, all projects being stored in
separate projects by fzieris and in the same project by christophe-1.

For fzieris, the blue double-arrow annotations are missing for the
"junit.tests.runner" project. (See the screenshot and the protocol for the
order of the events)

Message:
I successfully reproduced this issue together with norman - the problem is
overlapping partial sharing.

It seems the filelists are not merged on the hosts side, but replaced
instead.

If Bob adds a file from the same partially shared project to the session,
alice loses all previous partial shares in that project and only has the
newly added file marked as "shared".
For Bob all files are shared (merging filelists works).

If Alice now tries to edit a file that is not marked as "shared" even
though it is part of the initial partial sharing, she gets a dialog asking
if Alice wants to adhoc-share the file.

Message:
I had this issue too, but cannot currently reproduce it.
It definitely had to do with additional partial sharing to an active
session.

This happened for me once when Alice shared a file frorm project A with Bob
and Bob added the other, previously unshared file to the session. Besides
numerous follow-up bugs because of the inconcistent sharing state in the
main host (alice) there were no visual indications that the sharing was
applied.
Only Bob had blue arrows on the additionally shared file, alice didn't.
if alice now followed bob, and bob opens that file, alice does see the file
and the changes, but cannot edit in the file too, because upon any
keystroke alice is asked if she wants to share the file (which is "not
shared").
