[FIX] user could edit files while the session is blocked
Found this bug while "fighting" with the StopManager in Saros Light.
It was possible to edit files by simply reopening them in the
editor although the session is currently blocked.
This patch ensures that a user cannot edit files in the editor
while the session is blocked.
