Summary: Offline support is broken

Initial Comment:
Saros used to support reconnecting to an existing Session if the connection was
lost temporarly.

It seems this support is disabled at the moment: see sendRequestForActivity

Message:
This should not happen (connection lost) and if it happens, there should be
no problem to reinvite the user.

The time for implementing such a feature is not worth the result in the
current Saros architecture.

Message:
Lowered to prio 3 as this will be very time consuming to implement .
Checksums for files are already cached, so a reinvite should not take that
much time (at least if the IDE had not crashed), depending on how many
files were altered in the current session. This feature also tries to
improve a situation which should not be common.

Message:
There are currently no recovery attempts at all.
Saros does not reconnect automatically, and any running session is
completely broken if the host got disconnected (participants remain in a
dead session with no notification).

This is a feature request as well as a bug..
