[INTERNAL] added PicoContainer bindings to transport classes
The DataTransferManager relies on concrete transport
classes although they implement an interface.
This makes it nearly impossible to test this class.
Added bindings to allow the usage of stubs or fake
transport objects to test the DataTransferManager.
