[INTERNAL] ensure proper process cancellation
The Incoming*Negotation classes interacts with a widget (wizard).
Ensure that a remote cancellation will not prematurely call
terminateProcess which can result in an unknown state because
the executeCancellation method might be called while the process
is still running.
