[INTERNAL] chat transfer is now disabled per default
With commit 2d0d2cefefc82d27fd89daf6fdc70c0406da543d
the DataTransferManager should now be capable of handling
multiple connection requests. Added a property to
enable the chat transfer again without modifying
the code base.
