Summary: Add indication which view is synced and which not

Initial Comment:
It is unclear which viewpart of eclipse is synchronized via Saros and which is
not.

We should find a way to highlight viewparts that are part of the session and
where the user needs to be aware that the content ist transferred.

This is an enhancement, not a bug.

Message:
If for example the java editor, and the saros view had a thick blue border
to indicate that their content is synced, it would probably be clearer to
the user which views can be synced and which not.
This does not only address the screensharing.

If we had a synced package explorer it woudl be great to highlight that
view too.
