[NOP] changed DispatchThreadContext thread name
XMMPTransmitterDispatch is misleading because the
submit method gets called from the XMPPReceiver
and ActivitySequencer class.

[INTERNAL] XMPPTransmitter no longer receives and forwards packets
It is odd that a transmitter is able to receiver packets.
Removed the code from the XMPPTransmitter. The XMPPReceiver
will now register itself as packet listener and dispatch those
packets.
