[GUI] Place the host on top of the roster during a running session
Previously the roster was sorted with remote users (themselves sorted
alphabetically) over the local user (aka oneself). Now the whereabout of
a user doesn't matter: The host of the session is on top, the rest of
the users are sorted alphabetically below him.
