The whole chat stuff was revamped with 13.3.21 so it is not likely that this
behavior/bug still exists.

Starting a new Session with 4 participants also properly created a chat view,
but for one participant this view did not show up. In Julia's Eclipse \(using
Mac OS X\) only the explanatory text was shown \(happened around 15:00\). The
Session itself worked fine, only Julia's chat was missing. During the Session
right before, everybody was able to use the chat.
