[REFACTOR] Extracted routing from CDS and CDC
Extracted the routing part from the ConcurrentDocumentClient and
-Server. Both are now only responsible for transforming Jupiter-specific
Activities. (Currently Jupiter- and ChecksumActivities)
The actual routing is now performed by the ActivityHandler.
Also added some comments.
