During project negotiation we are buffering all activities. While the buffering
itself works fine there is a major issue. The remote editor states are only
updated after the project negotiation. This is to late because the
RemoteWriteAccessManager connects to late to the DocumentProviders of the given
editors / documents and so all JupiterActivities that arrive before this point
are are lost updates because the changes they do to the document(s) are not
saved.
