** [bugs:#735] Watchdog kicks in during project negotiation**

The watchdog tells me that I have corrupted files but I am still in the
"negotiation process" \(just unpacking the Zip file\(s\)\).
This is somewhat confusing to the user because he believes he had make a
serious mistake \(although he only accepted the invitation\).
Last but not least, approx. 10 seconds after decompression is done, the
watchdog silently retreats and the recovery button is disabled.
This is really a WTF \(worse than failure\), users may think that our product
is seriously broken.
