Seems to be very very VERY old. At least in 2011 a user got a already in
session error. Cannot reproduce this on the current master branch either.

To reproduce this establish a session with two peers and kill the host. Let the
other peer leave the session \(bug 1: actually should leave automatically\).
Start the host again and invite this peer. You'll get an Invalid Thread Access
exception.
