Non host inviting is disabled since 12.3.22 and that is one of the reasons it
is disabled unless a better non-host inviting solution is found.

3.During the invitation process, the two developers are continuing their work
\(The developers are editing a file.\)
After completion of the invitation process:
\- On the side of the invitee: An inconsistency is indicated.
\- It is not possible to resolve the inconsistency: After correcting it is
immediately reported back.
