[GUI] removed the clumsy *OR* from the AccountWizardPage
It does not offer any benefit because clicking on new account
will switch you back to the configuration wizard anyway.
TODO: remove this **** ConfigurationWizard extends
EnterXMPPAccountWizard inheritance.
