[GUI] Move option for contribution annotations to appearance page
The option for showing the contributions of other session participants
was moved from the AdvancedPreferencePage to the
AppearancePreferencePage, where it fits better. The former name tag
group on the AppearancePreferencePage was renamed to Annotations.
