Alice and Bob have a Partial Sharing Session, Alice adds an existing file (that
both participants have) to the session, Bob rejects the file (clicks cancel on
"Add Project" dialog).
Now Alice sees the file as shared but Bob does not.
When Alice changes the file, the changes Bob sees them in his file but not vice
versa.
Same with annotations and Follow Mode.
