[NOP] Removed "misc" project from source code repository
The "misc" project contains some graphics (including large Photoshop PSD
files -- SVG files would be much better), network connectivity tools,
and some rudimentary "consulting" folder.
There is no connection between the Saros source code and the "misc"
project, so there is no need to keep their versions in the same
repository. I'll create a separate repository for this kind of data.
