The "connect/disconnect"-button offers a drop-down menu for selecting
additional accounts (if any) and for adding new/configuring existing accounts.
But the default action (toggling the connection status) is missing in this
list, which seems not to be the usual Eclipse way.
The task: Add a new entry labeled like the tooltip of the combo-button on top
of the others.
