Currently (as of Saros 13.12.6.TESTING), the button "Create New Account..." is
on top of the actual form, but has not inherent connection to it. In contrast,
the closely related information box is placed down below.
Proposal: Move the button to the lower left corner, and the box on top of the
form. (See
