[FIX] Socks5 proxy is always enabled
Fixed a regression that was introduced with commit
36b49c5de05d51517f2c75225d439bdef2bc7bda
The Socks5 proxy is enabled by default. As this has no impact on the
internal connection establishment the file transfer in the OPN/IPN uses
Smack directly and thus may use Socks5 although the user denied it.
