Should rework the whole add xmpp/jabber account stuff as the wizards don't
match the eclipse user interface guidelines, the layout is weird \(the big "OR"
in the middle looks clumsy\) and the wizard is not used as a wizard, as there
is only one page for a multi-step configuration process.
