I think this patch will never hit the SMACK code base because of design issues
in the current SMACK API.
Maybe we can add plain TCP support to the Saros server (E.T.A we do not know it
yet, maybe never) later.

When collaborating in the office, lab and e.g. conferences users usually are
connected to the same network. For this scenario, support for link-local
messaging would remove the need to run an XMPP server, configuring accounts on
the server and potentially even speed up communication.
