Seems the annotation support was not optimized for RT (real time) modifications
which can occur a lot in Saros when editing files. You can measure the delay in
the ActivityHandler class. Just take the time before the syncExec call and
calculate the difference on the first line that is executed in the SWT thread.
This might take up to 50 ms after the annotation model has been modified.
