commit eadad1a2ecb93f78c97da45ffad996368ee482a8
Author: Stefan Rossbach <[email protected]>
Date: Mon Feb 17 22:56:17 2014 +0100

    [NOP] removed dead code

    A very nice design pattern:

    atomReactorObservable.addListener(xzy)

notify xzy: reactor is going to explode

xzy ... veto the change ... an exploding
nuclear reactor may cause harm to human kind ...

Well ok this was ironic, but there does not exist any
kind of code in the Saros business logic that is able to
"rollback" the state, so the code provided by the classes
    is pretty useless.
