[INTERNAL] Let FileListFactory use Saros IResources
This made two types of conversions in calling classes unnecessary:
Between Eclipse IResources and Saros IResources, and from (Eclipse)
CoreException to (java.io) IOException.
The corresponding code snippets were simplified to improve readability.
