[BUILD] Add and apply Saros/E inspired code style schema to Saros/I
The resulting code is not exactly the same as in Saros/E (formatted and
cleaned up by Eclipse), so the "Reformat Code" command of IntelliJ IDEA
(CTRL+ALT+L) should not be ran on the Saros/Core project.
