Revert "[API] Added IntelliJ EditorAPI and ProjectAPI"
Somehow this patch got into the master although the patch it depends on is
still not commited. The results are compile error in Jenkins for every new
patch sets created on top of the current HEAD.
This reverts commit f62e91ffa7b8c2829bc8fe937a792039b0602aba.
