[INTERNAL] cleaned up EditorPool
Pulled methods from EditorAPI into the EditorPool. Changed
LOG statements. Removed unused methods. Completed TODOs and
removed the ISarosSession parameters as the checks are already done
in the EditorManager before the methods are called.
