[INTERNAL] fixed NPE due to race condition
The EditorManager is initialized after the session components are
initialized. As a result the ConsistencyWatchdogServer was already
calling getRemoteOpenEditors() which lead to a NPE because the
remoteEditorManager variable was still null.
