The Whiteboard class that is responsible for access right had never changed
during the years. Seems to be a defect in another component which has been
fixed at some point.

The host and another user of the session are working with the whiteboard
feature and the host restrict this user to read-only access during this
session, this user can still make changes on the whiteboard, until he closes
and reopens the whitboard view again.
