[INTERNAL] fix for commit ea8fb1d8baa3271deee1c6079d0fb658c6fbe2b8
The changes made by this commit removed the logic to create parent
directories on demand and so the IPN failed randomly regarding the order
of the folders which were returned by the FileList DIFF operation.
