I think we should split this because modification to existing file are no
longer transmitted. I check this. The remaining part with file creations is
another in partial sharing. I started a discussion on that topic X times and
the discussion always stopped after just a few emails.

Files that are manipulated outside of Eclipse or in the background (by a plugin)
will become shared and so be transmitted to the remote side where the affected
files will get overwritten without any warning.
